Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued.
Coaching services and programs may include (but are not limited to) 1:1 coaching sessions, group coaching, packages, intensives, and structured programs.
Because coaching services involve reserved time and/or access to materials, refund eligibility and cancellation terms are governed by your signed Coaching Agreement/Contract.
By purchasing or enrolling in coaching services through this Website, you acknowledge and agree that:
If you enroll in a membership or subscription service, cancellation terms and billing rules will be communicated at the time of sign-up and/or inside your Coaching Agreement/Contract when applicable. Access may continue through the end of your billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
