My journey as a therapist didn’t begin in a classroom; it began in a therapy room as a client. I started my own healing work with a therapist because I was carrying complex trauma that stretched across decades of my life. That experience gave me more than coping tools; it gave me language for what I had survived, compassion for what so many women silently endure, and a deep conviction that healing is possible.
From that place, my desire to understand women’s stories, especially the hidden wounds we carry quietly, grew even stronger. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work, where my clinical training was grounded in trauma-informed care, evidence-based practice, and cultural humility.
Over the years, my work has centered on providing faith-based guidance to support women through complex life experiences identity struggles, relational wounds, faith-based guilt and shame, and the long road toward women’s emotional healing. Those early years shaped not only my clinical lens, but my conviction: healing must honor both the mind and the soul.

Today, I live out this calling in real life, not just in theory. As a wife and a mother, I navigate the beauty and complexity of family life while remaining deeply committed to my clinical work. I provide outpatient mental health services to men, women, and children, offering individual, couples, and family support. My specialties include trauma-informed care, complex PTSD, religious trauma, depression, anxiety, and reparenting, helping clients find clarity, stability, and hope during seasons of transition.
I am also the founder of Healed2Heal, LLC, a purpose-driven company dedicated to supporting healing, growth, and transformation across multiple platforms. Through Healed2Heal, I also provide coaching services designed to help women overcome obstacles to living the bold, purposeful life God has called them to within empathetic, nonjudgmental spaces where they can be honest, seen, and supported as they grow.
Under this umbrella, I founded Boldly Unshackled, a faith-centered community created to offer faith-based guidance and help women break free from emotional bondage, spiritual confusion, and past narratives that no longer serve them.
I teach, coach, create content, and build community, and this work has become a sacred space where women are invited into women’s emotional healing: to heal honestly, grow boldly, and live unbound.

The vision ahead is intentional and far-reaching. My goal is to launch a solo private practice under the Healed2Heal, LLC umbrella—offering compassionate, trauma-informed care rooted in clinical excellence and anchored in biblical truth.
Beyond the therapy room, I’m building something bigger than a brand—I’m cultivating a worldwide sisterhood. I desire to see women supporting one another locally and nationally, creating real connections and a community that extends beyond the screen and into everyday life.
As this mission grows, I also plan to expand Healed2Heal coaching services to include group coaching sessions; safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental spaces where women can be strengthened, challenged, and encouraged as they pursue the bold, purposeful life God has called them to.
And yes—my heart is global. I envision speaking across the world, sharing messages of healing, restoration, and hope, while hosting the Boldly Unshackled Women’s Conference: a transformational gathering designed to support women’s emotional healing, deepen faith, and equip women to walk fully in freedom.

As a Life Coach and Therapist, I believe a transparent heart is open, honest, and willing to be seen by God and by self. Healing begins when we stop hiding our wounds and allow truth, grace, and love to reach the places we once guarded. Transparency creates space for transformation, because what we bring into the light can finally be restored.

Family is one of God’s greatest gifts in my life. I’m grateful to be a wife, a mother of six, and a grandmother of five—each role stretching my heart in the best ways. My family keeps me grounded, reminds me why healing matters, and gives me daily opportunities to love, forgive, and grow.

I enjoy the simple things that fill my heart. I love creating faith-based content, writing from the heart, and spending quiet time with God. I enjoy meaningful conversations, laughter with my family, and making memories with my children and grandbabies.

I also love a good long drive with worship music or quiet reflection, and there’s something about being near the water that brings me peace. And yes — I absolutely LOVE football! I’m a die-hard Baltimore Ravens fan 🖤💜💛 and I live for game days and cheering them on.
Give me a cozy space, a view of the water, football with family, and time to create, and I’m in my happy place. Fun for me is anything that feeds my soul and connects me to the people I love.
